Clint McCune is a partner and co-creator of the community inspired SoulFood Books and Café in Redmond. Using his experience with community development and his artistic sensibilities, Clint has been a vital part of the Redmond Arts commission for the past two years. He has been involved in projects such as Arts in the Park, Redmond Digital Arts Festival, and hosting city wide open mics. With a career as magnificent as his giant heart, Clint has recently opened for such acts as Devin Townsend (with other Alvarez signed artists) and legendary guitarist Bill Frisel, and he performed at SXSW in support of The Hope Project to raise awareness of the genocide in Darfur. His newest musical venture, In Like a Lion, is Sooj’s new favorite band. 🙂
